Lag and Disconnection problems

I checked my internet speed, and it was fine. I lowered my graphics setting. it was good but entering dungeons comes the lag. I have lost Legendary and unique Items because of it. how do we contact support for those items?

anything on the ground is fair game in online mode. im not saying this to make you angry. connectivity is a big problem for live service games.

the best bandaid is to play offline. even if you didnt get disconnected, if you had town portaled. those items would be gone.
