If your only argument is banal stats then i suppose it certainly is the "most beloved arpg as far as (really intelligent people who spend a lot of time thinking and or playing, jk)" goes lmao
y u even got 650 hrs in LE that seems absurd of trying to bait post on forums, but im bored so i guess :)
Let me put it this way : poe 2 is a currency farming simulator and thats a fact, it has mid graphics, horrible optimisation and runs like crap on any system config. Most people, and i mean MOST people follow guides, so it makes no difference that it has a more complex passive tree. In the end its the same as le or d4.
Last epoch: ♥♥♥♥ graphics, ♥♥♥♥ combat feel, ♥♥♥♥ animations, ♥♥♥♥ campaign , ♥♥♥♥ performance, its lost 75% of its player base in 1 week. That show that people care about how a game looks, plays, more than its itemisation.
In the end people experience killing monsters, dropping loot and incremental upgrades. And d4 wins at it.
At the end of the day d4 does it better. I love all 3 games, but i think d4 won.
get a job bro

Path of Exile 2 has 47.7k now, 24 hr peak is 83.5k

Last Epoch has 53.7k now, 24 hr peak is 95.2k.
If we are giving out medals for the numbers, seems like you lost your bet and it seems that your bait failed miserably.
"But most players of D4 are in battlenet" who cares. Even if we look at those numbers, it does look that they might have lost a couple of players: from 75,340,507 to 93,046. With my bad math that seems to be a bit more than 75%.
Why does this matter for you ?
Blizzard always lies and inflates their own player count.
Steam says its not had more than 55k players.
