Off-hand Weapon & Ring Comparison
• Holding CTRL and then holding ALT will show a comparison with the alternate item (right-hand ring/offhand-item) instead of the regular equipped item that it compares to.
• This can be accomplished on a gamepad by holding R3 and then L3.

They should add a section for that feature in the Game Guide, or should have updated the tooltips at the bottom when hovering over such items, I agree.

I mean, it's only a small copy paste to be fair. They already have the code for the guide and the text written for the feature.

And EHG does bother updating their gameguide with every update : there are whole new sections about the Weaver Tree, the Woven Echoes or the Champions, and they did bother modifying the ones about Exiled Mages and Experimental Items.

It just surprised me that, despite these modifications, there's nothing in the guide mentioning that feature. That's all.

Yes it definitely should be in tooltip. Can you also equip offhand this way?
I also have to say that those are stupid shortcuts because on controller it is very difficult to hold L3 and R3 AND then press equip with face button.
