Cash Outfit Refund
I bought an outfit for the Necromancer... and now with all the graphical updates... it's OOZING disgusting liquid out of every hole in the armor/out of her head and face... It's disgusting and this is not what I paid for...

How do I get a refund to at least get the Points back so I can get an outfit that at least I know what I'm buying without feeling I got tricked into buying something I didn't want?

Contact their support or Steam support directly. However, considering it's been over a year, I am very doubtful they will compensate / refund it but at least you can ask them?

You know I feel bad because I think the only way you can get a refund is via a support ticket but also the armours quite literally let you preview their effects and how they function in the game. Next time you buy shop items actually look into what you're paying for mate!!!

That's just it... I bought it BEFORE the graphic update like a year ago... so I feel lied to.

Not really an odd take... the armor I bought looked a particular way ... and it's the only armor set in the shop that has this super flat 2-D 'special effect on it' ... Back when I bought it though, it didn't have any effect on it.

I'd rather have those points to spend on a good looking cosmetic, else it'd be nice to know for all current/future cosmetics "We will change this whenever/however we want, so what you buy may not be what you'll have in the future!"

I wanted to support them and buy a badass looking armor set at the same time, but now it looks like crap because the textures look horrid with the graphical update.

Not at all an odd take.

Finally a non-troll answer... Thank You.

Yeah I sent in a ticket the other day... hoping they at least see how frustrating this is... it's not like I'm saying for Money back.

Not sure why you are getting so much hate.
If you bought a red Ford mustang, and a year later, a Ford rep showed up in your driveway and painted it black, thats messed up.

But you do the same thing in a video game, and anti social weirdos that tie their personal identity to a video game get so upset when you point out a valid issue, they get ravenous.

Goodluck OP. Sorry bout the BS.

Yeah ... "Nick" said no ... looks like I'm going to never buy another store purchase from them again ... that's a horrible business practice.

Good for you, I don't like the look of it personally, as it wasn't there when I purchased it... I wonder if there's a mod to get rid of the effect... :-\

Yeah, this feels really scummy from whomever "Nick" is. Did you provide pictures of what it looked like before? They should definitely compensate you, something on the store of equal or lesser value. Honestly I would keep pressing the issue, that's honestly gross that they won't do anything about it. You paid for something that now looks entirely different/has different effects on it, when it did not previously and that was what the purchase was based on.

The major problem with these issues often are the TOS. I haven't read them myself but usually they include something like "we reserve the right to change things in the future" or something like that, don't know the exact english lingo for that. Still sucks tho
