No Potion Auto-Use Option?

I'm trying to find the new option to automatically use potions when at low health, but cannot for the life of me find it anywhere in the options. How do I turn that on?

Never heard of such a feature. All I know of is the brand new feature to not automatically use potions that are on the ground while already having max potions while you are not on full life, since it used to not be a setting and always uses them but seemingly some builds wanted to stay on low life, so they can now disable it.

Hm, guess I maybe misread the new tooltip that popped up saying it.
