Broken Game. Can It Be Fixed?

I was playing my game last night and I was having problems with the start of Temporal Sanctum Dungeon. Clicking on the Temporal Shift Icon was not working, nothing was happening. I had a total of 6 Temporal Sanctum Keys. I decided to quit the game and go back to the character screen and start again.

Doing this left me with 5 Temporal Sanctum Keys. I went back to the start of the Temporal Sanctum Dungeon and used my next key out of the 5 that I had. The Temporal Icon appeared again and I tried clicking on it and still nothing happened. I then remembered something about the Teleport thing where you can go to a guy to exchange a number of keys for the Teleport thing, so that I could go to the end of the dungeon instead. I had to use one of my Temporal Sanctum keys in the exchange along with copies of other dungeon keys that I had. I was now down to only 2 Temporal sanctum Keyes left after the exchange for the Teleport thing, but there was a problem. I could not find that Teleport thing in my inventory, even though I had picked it up. I did not want to quit the game, with saving what was left of my Temporal Sanctum keys. So, there was only one other option left open for me, rather than leave the game entirely saving the game with only 2 Temporal Sanctum keys left. I restarted my PC.

I then launched my game and I got to the character screen where it says "Enter Game" underneath. I clicked it and nothing happened. So I tried creating a new character, I skipped the intro opening screen to the loading screen, I waited and I waited, nothing happened. I exited the game and restarted it and got to the character screen, I clicked on "Enter Game" and nothing happened. I tried playing online. That works, thankfully, but I have a whole lot of stuff in my chest in my offline play and it is only that portion of the game that isn't working for some strange reason. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a solution to my problem please. I really would apprecia

Thank you Tyyne. I have done that and it still has not sorted out the problem that I am having and it's stressing me out lots.

don't think I've ever clicked it .. I've always used the hotkey to shift, "D" is the default.

IDK why it happened but it sounds like a corrupted save as well as a bug, something the devs might be interested in. You should reach out to them directly via support.

Thanks, I will check that once I can get my offline game working again.
