Any tips for new player?
I'm getting a lot of loot and not sure what to do with it.
What items should I use on ranger?
I don't think I have more questions for now.

Thanks for answers!

Sell blues, and do whatever with the golds. Sort your stash out into order. There are different tabs at the top that you can designate to different stuff. I am keeping golds to break down later.

Thanks :)!
Dexterity is the safest bet if you haven't got a concrete build in mind or you're just fairly early into the game.
+4% skill damage and +4 dodge rating per point is not bad for a single line on your gear.
Plus a lot of skills have nodes which scale off Dex as well, like Blasting Device in Explosive Trap.

What kind of rogue are you playing? What kind of archtype rogues do you like? What flavor of damage? Of weapon?
Honestly, once you get past the first few zones, just make a loot filter that hides everything that's not rare or better, and then keep refining that filter while you play to filter out everything you don't want.

Press Shift+F and open Loot Filter.
Set it up to show just items for your class. 90% of loot will disapear.
If you want to add other conditions like specific stats, damage typer or other then even less stuff will clutter the screen. And you will feel like playing PoE2 cause nothing will drop. ;D

play with the loot filter, as others have said. Hide white and blue items, and any item types your character doesnt use. Doing bows? No reason to see two handed swords or shields for example. bringing down what you see saves you time and makes decision making easier. You can respec most anything, so experiment. I feel like as a new player, the WORST thing to do is look up a guide. Try something that looks cool. Hit the G key- guide. it has everything in it. If/when you get stuck, then go look at guides. But at least try to see what you like and experiment with it. Thats the best part of this particular take of aarpg, is the many different things you can have your character do. Turn into a plant, to make small plants that freeze things? can do. Dont rush, and look at the monsters. it's pretty easy to tell when a zone changes, that the damage type changes too. It's not like other games where all damage types are in every zone; they do biomes quite well. Undead zone? Necrotic resist. and finally, try the crafting system! Ideally, on something you ARENT wearing first, to understand it. pretty easy to make 'passable/good' items very quickly in this game
Edit
Let me know if you want to talk in game or discord or something, i can help any way possible.

You don't need tips. The difficulty is basically DEI. Anything you do and everything you do will work. The game will offer zero resistance all the way to the end of the campaign.

This was incredibly unhelpful and uninspired. Why waste time on typing that. Someone new was looking for advice, and your nothing burger adds no value. Nice opinion, but OP had nothing to say about the difficulty, so your reply doesnt even address the question. Please take your concerns about difficulty to the correct places.
People saying to sell/filter out lower tier items aren't entirely correct. You can break down enchanted items for crafting components so you need to add exceptions in your loot filter for those enchantments. You might also be able to use lower tier items for crafting if they have a high enchanting potential.

I mean, its still mostly correct. Your exalted items give you more shards for crafting since its shards per item tier. You use rune of removal to hopefully hit your affix to get 100% of shards possible. Maybe use it a few times, then shatter if necessary. Filtering out items that give 1-2 shards is still worth it. Your reply is great for the first 3-4 hours, so its still good advice. But the bigger picture is generally hiding the lower tier items
