U have been misinformed. There is no such skip in LE.
U can however. Ask players to portal u thier via waypoint. Get to chapter 2 where u can start doing end game if u choose to. Or use the dungeons skip system
There are also Dungeon skips; you can enter directly into the dungeons in certain acts, bypassing much of the campaign. Just ask in chat ingame
Correct forgot to mention the dungeon charm system that was added with season 2
That sound like a roguelike not a ARPG. You can try some vampire survivor like game too.
I wouldn't categorize it as a roguelike feature. D3 did end game so wonderfully. You didn't even have to touch the campaign once you were done. You could go straight to end game rifts and level up. LE should do something similar.
