Upgrading supporter packs
After buying a supporter pack I realised that if I want to upgrade it in the future I must pay full price and it's not logic since rewards are cumulative. Any plans to fix it?

the plan is, pony up the funds. I did the same thing

can only update the game edition. Unless there is direct upgrade in game, can't do it on steam. Have to buy the full pack, which is why its best to get the big pack, even if youre on the fence (and can afford it)

Yea totally it's best to get the bigger pack. I picked the cheapest one because I wanted the capybara right now but was deciding between 28 and 38 euros ones

Try to contact EHG support about a refund maybe they can help.

It should be standard practice to allow upgrading the supporter packs by just paying the difference.
A bit punishing to discourage spending money and an outright bad business practice.

This is a EHG L 100% I wanted to upgrade but it’s not a thing. EHG has gotta fix this one. Everything else is just soo good.

Or maybe people wanna support a game they like and this topic is about a lack of the supporter pack upgradability. But keep posting nonsense as you do.

I felt the same, just wanted the Capybara but the Tempest sets look really nice, would have been nice to pay 10€ less, would have upgraded but no this way

I e-mailed their support about this and got a reply.

They know about this and are looking into it for the future.

So if this is something important for any of you, I advise you to send them a short e-mail about this, asking for this feature.
