Season 2 Patch Pre-Load
Anyone knows IF we get that option soon ? Starts in 2 hours tho

I have never seen a patch "pre-load" in a game.. why is this being asked all of a sudden. The patch is either live, or it isn't. There is no "pre-load"

GGG makes pre loads of their patch 2/3 hours before servers open, because no offline.

Because other games have done pre-loads for big patches? It's not really that difficult to rationalise.

Pre-loads for similar things, like Path Of Exile leagues as an example, have become quite common lately so not seeing one for this game is odd.

PoE2's new "league" was such a huge disappointment that am legit excited to give Epoch a go.

Poe 2 did it with last major update, 2 hours before launch or so. It wasn't a problem as the servers were down, just as LE ones are. Only difference here is LE has offline mode, so with pre download they would need to give you a "bricked" version until a tiny update on release so you couldn't offline play the new content before release

Bro total game size was 10gb to download, patch will be very small.. It's all good.

POE1 and now POE2 has been doing this for the last 10 years lol. They just take down the servers for 2-4 hours beforehand and let people preload.
Other games have done this too, typically mmo-style games like Lost Ark always did this too ever since its release.

this game has offline mode they cant let you download early
