You can access the patchnotes via the official Steam storepage, in the "Recent Events & Announcements" section.
Or by going to their official website[lastepoch.com], either in the "NEWS" tab at the top of the main page or in "The latest from Last Epoch" section at the bottom.
Or by going on X where EHG literally announced WASD for the 1.2 release[x.com] on the same hour as your post was made, or on the 11th when they posted a link to the patchnotes[x.com].

The laziness if off the charts here. There is no reason to not be informed at this point.

there is zero reason for me to seek out patch notes for a game i do not own, as i would have no idea of any anticipated releases for it.

the first guy had no issue responding with a straight up answer. the rest of the reddit contrarians rushed in to start an argument as usual. another one to block.

As mentioned, yes to WSAD as of later today. For Multiplayer, yes. You can group up with other players/friends and it is actually decent. You can 'gift' any gear drops to friends as you fight together if there is a good piece of gear for them (or you). When you fight enough with someone, you get a currency called Resonances to allow trade later on if you are not grouped at the same time. There could be more QoL features for multiplayer, but it is not bad.

POE2 got me so used to wasd that I wasnt sure I wanted to jump into season 2 of LE, even though I enjoy the core systems so much more. The crafting, skill trees, useful uniques. I love em all but damn if Im not tethered to wasd now.

To answer your question, it is releasing "Beta WASD support" with 1.2 launching in 5minutes.
Lastly, unless you bought the game within the last 2 hours, it says you do own the game lol.
