It is the start of the twelfth hour, but it still the 11th hour because twelfth hour havent started yet.

the hours start on the turn though , as soon as it says 11 it is no longer the 11th hour its the twelfth. the day starts at 12.00 midnight not 12:00:01

its like 99% of the world celebrated the millennium a year late and this patch is coming out in the twelfth not 11th hour ;)

hey guys, there seem to be some people confused by the concept of timezones. an easy way to circumvent this complicated matter, is by using google! try typing: 11 am cdt time now, and you will be able to see when this is in your local time. hope this helps!
