Stuck at beginning of the mission The Last Refuge.

I have only recently started playing the game and after starting the mission of the Last Refuge (previous mission: Missing in the Highlands ), I was teleported to a new area. Then I logged out due to some rl stuff and closed the game. I restarted the game later and found myself at the Keeper's Camp with no clue as to where I should go. The mission text talks about explore the surroundings but lol I have no idea how to reenter the area before logging out earlier.
Is this a bug or there's a way for me to continue the mission. Thanks.

Problem solved. I found the waypoint in the Ruined Era. Geez. So much confusion. If only they have something to direct you there, say, a clearer explaination text.

They do if u press M. And click on the quest on the left side of ur screen it will take u to the location it is at.

Note: it will show u on the world map not port u to that location.

Now as for the POI as in the arrows (blue or gold gold being main quest) some of these POI that point to where to go are bugged and don't show up.

I'm not talking about the once u see on the world map but the once u see as ur running zones
