Shining Cove causing a crash to desktop

Anyone else CTD when you try to teleport or go to Shining Cove?
I havent been able to progress after the recent patch, because of this paticular bug.

I'd recommend verifying the game files to see if there's a corrupt or missing game file that's causing this:
