Is Quad Tier 7 Exalted items possible?

I was trying to edit my own loot filter and noticed that when you choose the total amount of affixes combined, the maximum you can choose on an item that you want to filter is 28, witch in total tier amount wise is Tier 7 + Tier 7 + Tier 7 + Tier 7 (4 times tier 7)
As far as I know the best result you can get on an item right now is 7+7+5+5 (24 tiers)
So future Quad T7 items are coming to the game? Or is it that I just don't get how the loot filter works?

Yes, maximum is 4x7 although extremely rare, as in "you got one of those so don't expect to win the lottery".
