ive been gone from this game since 1.3 patch, has there been any note worthy changes or just bug squashing?

Patch 1.3, which would be Season 3, hasn't released yet. Patch 1.2 (Season 2) is scheduled to release in Q1 2025.

If you mean patch 1.1.3 then no, there haven't been many significant changes made to the game outside a handful of minor improvements added in patch 1.1.7[forum.lastepoch.com] which kicked off a 1 month event and reset the Season (previously called Cycles).

Patch 1.2[forum.lastepoch.com] was delayed into Q1 2025 and will now focus on expanded end-game content, better onboarding for new players, dungeon improvements, continued performance optimizations, and more balance and variety instead of the originally announced 1.2 patch in the roadmap.[forum.lastepoch.com] A new roadmap will be released to replace the now out-of-date one.

Patch 1.1 was Cycle #2, not #1.

You guys got a reset, so Cycle #2 was just completely restarted a couple months ago.

And now you are waiting for Patch 1.2 which will start Cycle #3 (but really it should be Cycle #4, given the reset of Cycle #2 lol)

Cycles have been changed to seasons now.

1.0 now was season 0 1.1 is now season 1.

1.2 coming in 2025 q1 is now season 2

Good question. Wasn't enough players at mid season 1 reset to tell I'm also haven't played since that reset. Won't be playing season two either

We will have to see what happens in season 2 as far as dupes go. I'm thinking the play peak count won't be what season 1 had at its peak. Will be less imo. Could be wrong tho

Poe2 is out this Friday I'll be playing that and in February 11th kingdom come deliverance 2 launches will be playing that around season 2 drop time
