“Isle of Storms ” Quest cant complete

The latest version suggests that only one fragment is needed to complete the task, but it still cannot be completed at the Moonlight Temple . I can not found any fragment
How can I do ,Please help me！

if you exit shrine to left side and go left until the lone shark attacks it should be on pedestal click on it after defeating mobs there and go to place it at shrine.

get a friend to do quest with you, bud had same bug and i carried him through it

I suspect the issue here is that the fragments don't ping on the map like every other quest and they don't auto-pick up

they are found along the coast in the zones on either side of the temple, on a small pedestal

I just completed this on one of my chars. I only had to do 1 of them (upper right side) and when I returned, it let me complete the quest. So, there's definitely a bug.
