Is there a way to go through timelines quicker ?

I'm level 70 and I'm still playing vs level 59 monsters

Beat the first timeline and the Shade of Orobyss, but in the second one died to the Shade once (one shot by meteor) but then killed in 2nd attempt

Regardless, here's the thing and the question:

I'm not seeing Echoes with level 60 monsters (I'm still seeing lvl59)

Do I have to do the whole timeline AGAIN ?

Also, is there a faster way (to manually select IDK a monster lvl61 timeline someway ?)

Kinda seeing that next timeline (on the big map) opens at lvl62, so is there a way to kinda skip more of the useless echoes and try my luck at the ones just before opening it (at lvl61) ?

Pay attention to the 'stability'-part.

Ok, nothing really helps or solves, it's been full stability bar practically since.. forever

I need to find and open an echo with the "double Diamond" icon (just as the start) to open a new timeline which is about 10-12 echoes away

Stability doesn't play any role in it (and out of the quest echoes on the bar up top only the first one is available)

Dude, just do the quest echoes and you can move on after you've done the three. You need to do ALL three, one after the other.

ps. Your levels have absolutely nothing to do with it.

I think OP didn't see the three unlocked missions on the left of the echo screen.

You need to play those three echoes one after the other, they unlock at certain stability thresholds.
The third echo will make you face a boss and then you unlock more timelines with higher levels.

Kinda yes, but more importantly expected the events to be activated by clicking on the icon on the top bar itself

Because nothing happened thought it was a 1 level per whole timeline increase (then asked just in case), thanks for the response :)

The UI in the Echoes isn't great, in that regard. Took me a bit to find it my first time through as well.
