Why are my Stash Tabs missing?

I haven't played the game in months, go in only see 4 Tabs, look at the top and see the drop drown and most of my tabs are stuck in another section saying remove only for the items. WTF? I paid a lot of gold to unlock all of those tabs and now they are gone and I cant get them back?

Devs, why??

Cycle characters moved to legacy. Reading the patch notes about bigger changes usually help.

I did read it, and that does not change the fact that I lost over 10 Tabs.

No, that is standard for seasonal everywhere.
If you do not approve, refrain from playing that mode, it is as simple as that.

You didn't lose it. It's remove only. POE does this too.

that still does not fix the issue of loosing the tabs after you remove the items.

That does not make any sense since I only had a legacy char to begin with. now for some lame reason 10 of my tabs are locked down with remove only form them with no way to recover those 10 tabs.

Sure I can get my items, but I paid a lot of gold for those tabs, and that was before they changed the cost and reduced the tabs cost. Those were not cheap at the time.

Consider the fact that I was not answering to you here. Legacy and Cycle have different stashes, my answer had nothing to do with your OP there.

But to get back to your problem there, could be a bug. Are you playing online or offline, that might have something to do with it also.

Yes, that's how the cycles work; every cycle starts anew and all your things (characters, stash etc) are moved to legacy. Main reason I've played cycles in any arpgs I've ever played exactly two times. You can just keep playing legacy if you don't like to start again.

I have to assume that is so players can't just buy 10 inexpensive tabs in Cycle one and convert those to legacy. Then buy those same ten tabs again in Cycle 2 and convert those to legacy and so on an so forth.

People who do not even play cycle then would exploit it when their legacy stash tabs became too expensive.

I'm always online. So, yeah this is very annoying to say the least.

And I have to say, their seasons as is just stinks. There is really no reason to play season except to start over. No thanks! I don't usually care for seasonal activities. I've played D4 a lot and their seasons and at the end you get all your items and stuff. but at least in D4 there are reasons to play it for the new items and skills.

But this games seasons just seam mundane and pointless. Especially when they transfer your char that was not ever a season char and you loose Stash Tabs, yeah that is not going to win anyone over.

I'll stick to my offline-legacy characters from now on, just because how badly they implemented the transfer.
