How about fps
is there more fps in the game after patch or do you think the gameplay is smoother?

The game clearly still has a memory leak. I would close out and reload the game every couple of hours to be safe. I think they said there are updates to the unity engine they're trying to roll out over time. Hopefully, they can get it to a better state at some point.

I play at 1440p, very low settings to lock 90fps. Any graphical settings set at high will jump my gpu load at 100%.
Game is still unoptimized.

Same thing here, getting mayor fps issues where I'm dropping down to 9 fps with a PC build that can handle most games just fine. This is with everything on low and 1080p even..
RTX 4070 i9-9900K 16 GM RAM.

It always helps to post your CPU/GPU, RAM etc.... and what resolution you play in, otherwise these are the most generic statements.

Any game can run like the best game for some and not for other's, dependiong on your PC.
Sometimes even having the latest GPU can cause issues due to a driver problem.

I have an old GTX1080 and an old i75820k OCed at 4.2Ghz with 32GB RAM and SSDs.
I play on 1080p with medium to high settings and FPS stays on 60.

Nvidia 3080 going from 110 fps down to 25 fps. Very bad experience.

I was able to find a solution in another Steam thread.
"... just delete your le_graphicsmanager found here: C:\Users\"YourUserName"\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch (the AppData folder is hidden, which you'll need to make visible in the folder options if you don't already), start the game and a new graphics settings file will be created. You can now change your settings as needed."

No FPS drop or stutter after deleating le_graphicsmanager.ini Hope this helps anyone else.
