"Cannot be traded" / "This item is untradable"

Hey all,

90% of my legendaries cannot be traded (sold).
The weird thing is that sometimes some doublons are allowed whereas the same put in a different tab cannot.

I know that you are going to say "you probably must have looted them while being the in COF faction". yeah.. nope :D
I have simply never been in this factions.

Do you have any idea?
