Glyph of Chaos is pretty bad on prefixes

Hi,

From my crafting results I can say Glyph of Chaos is good on suffixes because it gives defensive affix and there are a lot of defensive stats in this game. Problem is there are a lot of useless prefixes or meh such as mana regen (I have no mana problem) and among the stats I only need dexterity (vitality is meh the rest are useless) so I rarely get a good prefix with glyph of chaos.

What do you think of Glyph of Chaos? Do you use it on prefixes and get good affix?

I only use them on affixes that are completely useless for the char, and then usually settle on the first one that isn't, even if bad. And I do this only if I have forging potential to spare. For that purpose I think they're pretty good. Other than that it's too much of a gamble for me to even try.

I really would like to see some targeted affix removal though. Can be ultra rare, I don't care, as long as it exists. Nothing worse than getting an end-game item with three amazing affixes and one ♥♥♥♥♥♥ one.

This is my approach. 3 perfect affixes and the +Melee Cold Damage on my Melee Fire Damage spec? Let me see if it can roll something that's actually usable.

If the entire item is bad aside from 1 affix then I don't even bother.

I pick items who have at least 1 good T6/T7 affix then I roll the bad affixes until I get good ones. I often get good suffixes but I end up throwing the item because I don't get good prefixes.

Is Rune of Removal a better bet than Glyph of Chaos for prefixes? If it removes the T6/T7 affix I throw the item but at least I don't waste forge potential.
