Are bleed and poison affected by DoT modifiers?

Title. Wondering if they're in a separate category or if the DoT increase affects them too.

Can't say it as fact, but I always assumed they are. Why wouldn't they? They are DoTs, after all.
edit: You can check it by going to the fourth tab in your char sheet and see if the damage values change when you equip/unequip and item with DoT increase.

Ailments like bleed and poison do scale with %increased damage effects, including %increased damage over time. They do not scale from added flat damage, as they have their own fixed base damage independant from the damage of the hit applying it.

Damage Over Time affixes affect all damage that is... over time.

Ignite, poison, bleed, frostbite

It doesnt affect MINION bleed, poison, etc though. For that you need to use MINION damage, or Minion damage with bleed, poison, etc.
