Loot filter not working properly after the patch

As the title says, I can see a lot of items drop, and then i have to disable/enable lootfilter by pushing X to have ANYTHING show up.

I have some things show up but Uniques (and probably other things) have this same behavior. When they drop I see the glowy but the actual item doesn't show up until I press "X" after which it remains visible, even after I release the "X" key. This is a serious problem for farming since I can no longer trust the loot filter.
