Zero crit chance, is it normal?

I'm playing with a blade dancer and all of my critical rates are 0. Is it normal?

Edit: Apparently, I failed to notice "No Crit" at one of my items. The problem is I checked every single one of them like 5 times before posting here. Well, it happens, and those who piled on me and let loose their daily stress cudos to you, you just felt better at the expense of others.

my build is
2x Aurelis, Fighting Chance, and Vaion's Chariot. None of them meddle with crit. Is there a way to post my toon here?

It doesn't say anything about critical chance, it says if only one singularity is equipped you'll get a damage buff.

singularity 100% straight up says you cannot deal critical damage. read a tooltip before spouting some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ man, come on. there's even posts about it on this forum whining because it disables crits.
