Hello there,
is it possible to farm special yellow items? OR dropp they randomly`?

Not in the campaign but it's possible in the monoliths. In the monoliths you can get rewards like "rare rings", etc. for e.g. killing the mini-boss of the map.
You can also join the Circle of Fortune during the campaign where you can get specific rewards for certain tasks, like "kill 6 rare monsters" but the vast majority of them are post-campaign so it's pretty unlikely that you get what you're looking for there.

That's a good checklist to see what to farm and where in the "end game".

Might be better to "farm" items from the merchant guild, which is really an auction house.
You can find things "for free" on the auction house. Zero gold, just some favor, and favor you can farm by killing things.

I always go there to find upgrades rather than farming for them. A lot of the items I found there I never had drop for me with the statistics they have. Just so much faster to get items there it's almost not worth it farming for something as it might never drop for you.
