Quest - Liath and Thetima - Can't progress

No matter what I do I cannot progress past this quest, I can speak to Yulia in Thetima and select the chat option to proceed (with the gold quest marker), but nothing happens and I cannot progress further. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Try running past the group up to the Jetty, it'll be on the left. At the end there will be a ship, this would normally have the 'Zone Transition' visual, even if it doesn't try clicking the side of the ship to see if that triggers anything.

It's also worth submitting an In Game Bug Report if you can, by hitting ESC - if you're in Offline mode, reach out to the Support Team at https://support.lastepoch.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with your player.log files.
