I can not see my friends list or chat anymore
Recently I have had issues with chat and friends disappearing. Kinda of hard to play multiplayer when all my friends won't show up. I want to ask about it in chat, but it is totally missing today. Other days are intermittent, but today nothing at all. Any suggestions? I have tried logging in to different regions, but now luck. I also logged out of steam several times as well.

I can see chat and my friends about 1 in 10 or 12 logins. But it does get irritating logging in and out over and over just to use it.
