Possible fix for lag and fps issues

So I just wanted to draw better attention to this because it is a complete game changer. Prior to doing this fix my game regularly ran at an okay frame rate on medium graphics, had very slow loading of zones, and had massive lag to the point my character was unable to move some times for several seconds and the latency meter was red a lot of the time.

After the fix I get a better frame rate than before now running at max graphics, have near instant zone loading, and only tiny lag spikes for less than a second and they are very rare. I don't know if this will keep working, since I have only been trying it for a couple hours, but so far I recommend it since, so far, it has taken the game from being an unplayable mess that I was about to uninstall to actually super fun.

I only started playing this about a hour ago and I already coming across one bug or glitch every few minutes. People did say it was buggy but I didn't think they meant this many. Luck would have it, nothing game breaking so far.
Also I am playing off line but it keeps freezing for a millisecond every few minutes

I think I submitted about 20 bug reports in my 30 hours of play, and that was only the big ones that affected my play.

Sorry I labeled my post a little too grandly... I have not had many glitches and bugs so I didn't realize that that was the main issue facing some people with the game since most of my research was focused on the lag and performance issues. I have now relabeled my post to match what is really in it.

Yeah, I was pretty surprised at how many bugs are in this released game, granted the bugs I come across were small but I can see now what people are talking about.
The game could do with a good clean and polish before they start adding more new content.
