There's no matchmaking at all right now beyond looking for people in world chat, towns or discord. The devs have said on discord that they're open to adding actual matchmaking in the future.

I'm lv 35 and so far I have no idea how multiplayer works. No1 joined me, I see no option to join anyone. You can join your freinds via steam friends overlay...but no idea about matchmaking.

I think you can add friend and play together do campaign or boss, try checking LE discord or just ask people in town

damn i was really hoping this would have some kind of end game matchmaking for dungeons and stuff, dont want to use discord. This is a big reason why i quit playing d4.

Just made a thread on ARPG reddit the other day asking for an ARPG with multiplayer matchmaking..

All I know of is diablo 3 lol, let me know if you find one!
