2: It defeats it's whole purpose. You just told me to type my already existing loot filter into the search box, what's inferior compared to it. (No affix selection by tiers, etc)
3: Btw, changing the color of the item's background wouldn't change the rarity of it, in fact it would still be labeled as Legendary. As of now, the Recolor filter changes the color of every item on the ground, regardless of rarity. So ...
4: But to find common ground with you: if the loot filter's "Recolored affix" would change the text on the item in the inventory / chest, it would already be a better solution. But even then you would have to hover your mouse over it. So you couldn't identify it at a glance.
Good point!
I would also like to have "Exceptions" added to the filter, and more complex "codes" in one line. That would also help with some priority problem, what we have now.
LOOT FILTER, doesnt mean INVENTORY FILTER, Loot in Literaly the items enemy drops. dont know whats so hard about it. nothing against you but this whole thread is like making a problem out of nothing.
I still don't know, why are you so butt hurt on this one. I know multiple player who loved the idea or they had the same one without me.
Yet again, don't use it if you don't want to. BUT it doesn't mean if you don't use it, others can't have it.
Btw your logic about loot filter is not an inventory filter is interesting, since other game has this feature as LOOT FILTER... :/
Because guess what's in your inventory ?
Loot
No offense, have fun with the game <3
I mean, look dude, NO ONE wants a filter that make more problems, the reasons that "loot" in inventory has color is to easily see what rarity it is and not what affix it has, that wouldnt make any sense nor would it make it great, you would be annoying in 1-2 hours at best since you cant find ♥♥♥♥ in your chest.
There are some ways to implement it, maybe add tags to the items for example.
Another additional cool suggestion is a Filter for the Inventory, rules that automatic send items to specific tabs
In the end both functionalities may work together like add an item tag based in the loot filter and once you drop in the inventory it goes straight to a specific tab. But this last is some additional cool tool, in the other hand the item tagging based on looting filter rules is a must.
do you mean the shards?
Tell me you have not done a single min max forging, where rarity means NOTHING , without telling me you haven't.
Not to talk about what min max forging has anythink to do with your inventory rainbow color you want to do...
And that's my point, you know jack sh1t about forging, more precisely about affix shards' tiers :)
