Ich bin raus. Per siempre. Sollen sich gehackt legen mit ihrem Game. HF!! :-D
People are complaining all arpgs are bad these days anyway.
I liked Wolcen a lot but most people were mixed about it since the game was so great with it's lore, story, character design but weaker on the gameplay side.
this one is the opposite....
It feels bad, a completely wasted game.
Yes, this is an arpg. Thats the style of game. FOR an arpg, its great, has great build versaility and a bunch of neat features like the crafting and loot filter.
If youre NOT a fan of that style, then absolutely no, I would not suggest it. There are much better games for characterization, story, and even Id say skill based gameplay - This game doesnt have much of those. I'd play Hades over this for those aspects, or many other games.
But for mindless killing, making and testing builds, trying new combos - Last Epoch is a great arpg.
POE, Grim Dawn, D2, D3, Titan Quest. You know, that largest arpgs out there. Its okay to not like those games - But that is the genre and the style, and many people like them.
I like them, AND games that are different from them. Thats okay too.
You def cant defeat Julra at level 5. And you can definitely make a bad build in the 20s-50s that makes is too slow to continue till you fix the build.
Whiny little crybabies like you ruined D3 and the arpg genre. Congratulations.
well you're close to the reason why its enjoyable for me
I enjoy it for the 'testbed' nature of the gameplay, and rotate through a bunch of different builds, classes, and gear to see how it all works out.
>hmm can I make this work?
>what if I tweaked this, would it be better?
>alright lets take it out for a spin
etc.
There isn't a path of building for this game so simming everything out is sort of a gut feeling and estimated guess thing at the moment, and its really rewarding when you get everything you need together to make a build that sounds fun work out really well and watch it explode in power.
