Chat window in offline mode
Why does it appear every time I traverse a time rift? When I'm in offline mode, and when I have chat *disabled*?

I disabled it when i started an online character and due to online connections issues i made an offline character, it's still disabled and never turned on.

Tried starting an online character, toggling the dialog setting, and then going back offline. Didn't fix it.

Further observation of it reveals that seems to happen randomly, but always at a scene transition. Like moving between maps, not just time rifts. It doesn't happen *every* time, but it happens frequently enough to be quite annoying.

Yes, annoying. But we can't have cosmetics in offline mode, because it is fully offline
