Whats up with the Bazaar?

I feel like I made a huge mistake not taking the other faction after interacting with the bazaar for the first time.

Certain items require certain levels of rep before you can buy them...
You can only search for 1 specific type of item per vendor... each item type vendor is scattered all around a room... that's obnoxious....

The search functions are... not awful, but not great....
For example, if you want to look for minimuim T5 of trait X and T3 of trait Y, you cannot do that.

You cannot save searches.

This makes trying to compare and price check items prior to you posting them extremely difficult and time consuming.....

Please tell me I'm missing something, because if not, this is by far the worst AH system I've ever seen.
