No passive point reward after finishing Lagon quest?

You get only a very limited number of quest-related passives. About ten, I think?
If you're actually doing quests, you should run out of them WAY before Lagon.

It's not that much before - I've been doing all quests and the last passive point was, if I'm not mistaken, in the same act as Lagon. But before him.

ah okay cool, then i'm def finished with that.. dind't know there was a limit to rewarded passive point's for quest's ... it's not telling you anywhere.

It tells you on the World Map Screen, bottom left corner, if you hide your current quests by pressing shift or something.

Why it tells you there.... better not to try to peer into the mind of the insane UI Designers that made this game map screen.
