Best place to farm Harbinger of stars and mourningfrost?

Hello, anyone know where to get these 2 uniques?

Target farm locations:

Harbinger of stars: Fall of the Empire unique or set belt echo reward.
Mourningfrost: Spirits of fire unique or set boots echo reward.

As long as your area level is high enough you can always RNG into them as well.

I have mourningfrost and not sure about the others already by level 40 on new necro

game loves to throw things at you you cant use but -could- use on an alt

look up the database and check item levels needed for an item so you don't farm too low an area for it:

Those items are not locked to any specific method of acquisition. As long as the area level is high enough they can drop anywhere. You do have a "higher" chance of getting them from those specific echo rewards, but its a question of higher odds vs higher chances.

ok thanks! so equips like "peak of the mountain" can only be dropped from certain dungeons?
