How much resistance needed in endgame?

Like the title says, do I need around 150% resistance in order to combat the negative resistance debuff?

It's capped at 75%. In all arpg all your res. should be at edge of cap (+\- 15% depends on your build and skill)

how many extra resistance do i need to combat the negative resistance? cause currently i only have extra 50% resistance

You want at least 25% overcap (maybe more but thats the most I've been hit so far in monos). It's not a big burden on gearing since base types, idols and blessings can all have high res rolls on them.
