I recommend Legacy to everyone

Yes, you can't use the leader board on Legacy. Everything else is not only the same but in some ways better. There is a much quicker log on, no server issues, seamless transition to each new area etc. Honestly, folks, try legacy if you are having issues. I think you will really be happy with it.

why when cycle is working just fine?

Ive been sitting here logging into regions people are claiming have massive queues, getting right it, not even hanging on the load screen, though one try it did sit for like 45 seconds.

Just like offline, I have that option as well cycle, my online characters show up on Legacy why I honestly don't know but it's a better option.

The only other difference for now is that stash and gold aren't shared between cycle and legacy. It'd be interesting to know if we get any incentive in the future to play cycle (get skins for beating boss X, reaching level x etc.).
Additionally, idk if they gave info on it yet but do we know if cycle chars will become legacy chars once a new cycle hits?
