Cannot Enter end of Time rift in Saving Last Refuge Quest
Cannot Enter end of Time rift in Saving Last Refuge Quest. Have gone into the area Lower District about 4x times now and killed Pannion. The servers seems to load other waypoints fine.

Same here. Probably another error from server side.

it comes up with a Matchmaking error for me after waiting for ~5 mins every time. nothing works, even re-logging and killing boss again :(

I switched region from EU West to US East and "End of Time" loaded properly.
Try that, maybe will also help You.

Was stuck there aswell, switched to US central got the waipoint then went back to EU-West and it works for me.
