With the release of patch 1.0d, error LE-52 appeared, I'm four for can't play, WHAT DID I PAY FOR???? when will this be fixed???? nothing helps....

Yesterday at least it let me into the game, now the game is stupidly dead... error LE-52... how can I apply for a refund now if I can’t log in for two days for 4 hours... they don’t solve anything at all!

Your ISP is blocking the servers required to log into the game.

Devs most likely added new loadbalance servers but your Internet Service Provider is blocking them.

Use a VPN until your ISP stops cucking you.

Why didn't he block them at night? And my ISP will probably stop blocking them! I didn't buy the game to play with a VPN, that's not my problem!! I CAN'T PLAY AT ALL!

Why didn't he block them at night?

Because they had this issue during the Beta, it took 3 months for ISP to stop blocking the initial 8 addresses.

Here is quote from Devs a year ago.

Polish ISP Update - YourISP is blocking our game communications

We are attempting to contact the reported Orange ISP regarding this to have our services unblocked; however, we have not been able to have them do so globally at this moment. They have advised us that currently, the best way to have this done is for users to individually reach out to them. This also applies to other individual users of other Internet Service Providers who may be encountering LE-52 errors. The information you'll want to provide your ISP is:

“The ISP is blocking the IP addresses used by a game. These addresses work with other internet providers.

df4fe.playfabapi.com is a CNAME to master.playfabapi.com, which is a CNAME to master-mainserver-1943019976.eu-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com, which is a loadbalancer that has 8 IP addresses

It's not the devs fault If your internet service provider blocks the game servers.

Barking up the wrong tree if you think devs can magically make your ISP unblock the new IP addresses.

I suggested a VPN as a temporary fix, but if you rather not have any solution you're free to keep waiting for your ISP to unblock the servers.

I have a Ukrainian provider! Which was working fine before yesterday's patch!

Not with my own isp or North VPN, nothing.

I am experiencing the same thing. the LE-52 error not only allows you to the login server of the game but it also disables the internet of the WiFi. I can't even go online until I exit the game. Can somoneone from your team fix this? This is totally unacceptable!
