Why shaman only 3 skills?

Rest all have a skill at level 35? What about shaman? Did devs forget this?

his shaman spells are OP. he doesnt need more.

Multiple masteries do not have the same number of skills for that mastery. Look at rogue BD and MM or Necromancer Lich.

i wondered the same thing about the rogue trees feels really off to me to. No idea why some classes have less than others.

Poor design if you ask me. Devs are not experienced enough.

The shaman mastery synergizes better with the other skills of the main class set, unlike the other two. Therefore it is easier to integrate them into the build.

Developers have already announced that they will keep improving and refining the masteries in the future.
