NPCs and class characters have no soul. It's like looking at a doll's eyes and seeing your cold reflection.
It could be developers, family or professional VA's that deliver the lines but without direction almost never will something good come of it.
Yeah, it's horrible. And when raised before, the response was why does it matter, just go to end game. Reflection of the thought and efffort that went into the design - just give them anything they will love it - it's only $35 and we are a small studio. (and no I don't play D4).
