Am I missing passive skill points?

So before respeccing, I had 20 points in base class tree (Acolyte) and 11 in the mastery tree (Necromancer).

I wanted to move some points around in the Acolyte tree but in order to do that, I had to remove all the Necromancer skill points.

After I was done changing passives and re-assigning all my skill points, I had 20 points in Acolyte and only 7 in Necromancer instead of 11. Am I missing something?

You have to earn the points/exp back again by killing mobs, it really doesn't take that long higher lvl.

no... that's if you respec skills. Passive points you keep.

This is only for active skill trees or am I missing something? (new player here, I can be wrong).

Didn't work, I leveled up twice and I'm still missing 4 passive skill points. Were you talking about active skills?

Yeah you shouldn't ever lose passive skill points, if that happened it has to be a bug and should report it so they can examine it.
