On death triggers

Do "Whenever you kill an enemy" effects counts only to you personally dealing a killing blow or not? Does it activate if a minions kills someone? Does it activate you deal only part of enemy hp?

if i remember right, if your minion kills it will still trigger the affect since it is still something related to you, if a party member makes a kill or a party member's minion makes a kill, it will not trigger
