How do i move my Off-line character to Online?

Server status thread suggests it should show up in Online, once i restarted client, but it is not showing up.

You can't.

Offline and Online are separated realms, otherwise online would be full of hacked / modded / edited characters.

You can't. They are set on 2 separate realms to prevent potential tampered files to get online

You don't. The save structure for online and offline characters are different unfortunately. Offline character save files are saved to your PC instead of the Last Epoch servers and because of that there is the potential for them to be edited. The devs didn't want any issues arising with people gaining unfair advantages by editing their characters data so offline characters stay offline.
