Yup. Looking like a clown with five different looking and colored armor pieces sure drive these fools into the mtx shop.
Overall LE cosmetics almost always cost a lot less than D4 cosmetics, the only problem is the lack of a transmog system, which means currently D4 has thousands of free ways to customize your char (even if people hate the optional store prices) and LE seems to just have "what you're wearing now" vs "click to slot what you paid $ for"
