Getting stuck at -mana on Paladin

Not sure what skill interaction is causing this, but im routinely getting stuck at -mana and then my mana does not regenerate at all.

Only way to get it to start back up is to change zones.

Anyone have any insight into what might be causing this?

Same here just happened to my Mage, had to tp out of a boss battle

you are over spending mana. its called mana burn. the skill focus will help with that. it doesn't get stuck you just need to recharge it. if its not recharging that might be a bug. never happened to me yet.

Been encountering this as well with my Paladin, only way I have found to correct it was to Portal out to the town and then back ... downside, hate how it spins up a new instance of the map instead of keeping it locked to the portal you just created.

I found a solution to the problem, I put a standard attack on the panel, activate it a couple of times and everything works

This. I also put a standard attack on may skill bar, use it and it will recharge your mana.
