How to get Veteran's Boots

Does anyone know where to get these? Want to make sure I don't miss them by accident. Haven't seen any threads about it so having one here will help those with the same question.

Found the answer elsewhere: in the very first area of the game you fight a bear in a cave. Before you leave the cave, there is a fake wall of stalagmites you can break. You fight another bear inside, then there is ANOTHER secret wall you can break. You fight yet another bear, and that bear drops the boots.
