How can I get here, i've completed the Campaign, but when I go to Maj’Elka Upper District in the Divine Era theres no door and zerrick just talks about a quest i've already done.

You need to go to the next area to the left then hell start talking again after that you can choose your faction. You need to get to the Observatorium. Im level 5 in circle now and the drops are insane :D
