Horrible performance

running a AMD ryzen 9 5900 cpu and a 3080 gpu, 32gb ram, water cooled, and it runs like GARBAGE, yet i see posts of people still running 1060's and gtx series cards running it at solid frames, i legit constantly DIP below 60, sometimes to 20 frames depending on whats going on, any suggestions? i'm just dumbfounded that i can't get at least a smooth 60fps, and graphics settings makes no difference btw, i still get the same drops on ultra low or ultra high graphics, idk I HAVE A GOOD RIG WTFFF

I run offline mode getting between 160 - 190 fps in 5120 x 1440 resolution with vsync on and all ultra settings.

Yes. Pleasant surprise that 32:9 resolution works without hiccups.

I got a 12600k with a RTX 3070ti and I am running fine. That is odd you are having issues.. I play in 4k.

I played it on my outdated system with a 1080GTX and an i7-5820k on steady 60FPS with lower settings.
I also play it on GeforceNow using Ultimate subscription on a RTX4080 with an 12 core AMD CPU (GFN has not disclosed which one)

Both run perfectly fine.

I know for 1.0 release they added a lot of new graphical enhancements and latest GPU drivers are recommended.

I believe the game uses the unity engine and from what I understand indie developers and consumers have voiced issues with running stable on AMD systems. Unreal Engine 5 is also having issues with new games on AMD systems constinuesly.
Those are off course anecdotal and might not have anything to do with your issues.

4080 5800xd3, 64 gigs, nvme.
Runs fine.

Zero issues at all, 3080ti + 10700k, 1080p 240hz.
Everything on ultra, hovering between 190-220 fps with ease.

I can play it on my Asus Rug Ally (AMD) so it seems something is wrong on your machine.

Turn off damage numbers, auto compare items and disable CPU0 for the game in task manager. I have a 2070s and this helped me with frametimes and stuttering. Give it a try.

It may sound stupid, but it may depend on the class.

Like on early access, Primalist with cold dot build make me constantly drop and play below 30 fps.

On the other hand, my Archer who has more skills, and particles off course, spewing around than a group of primalist can push out plays around 60 fps all the time.

It is just bad optimization on some particle effects.

Try changing class and playing something else to see if the issue persist.

I applied a 90 fps limit, usually a 4090 runs pretty cold (150-200w) but here i can see 250-300w and PC runs a bit hotter. So yes, not the best performance, my hot feet are never wrong

But not too bad, full power draw is ~600w. This replaces heating in winter easily.

Im get around 420w fully uncapped at 4k.
So baffled how you get 600w drawn, when you kinda need your Tensor cores to do some work to even get past 500w a lot of the time
